Email Tone & Style
For blind outreach / cold emails:
- Conversational, not corporate
- No markdown formatting (no or bullet points in emails)
- Natural intro: "My name is Jeff Schell, I'm launching..."
- Be SPECIFIC — no vague phrases like "interesting overlap" or "synergy"
- Say exactly what we do and exactly why it matters to THEM
- Simple ask: "Would you be open to a quick call this week?"
- Sign off: "Best," or "Best regards," + name, company, contact
- Keep it human — like you're texting a professional contact
- Never salesy — direct and honest beats polished and vague
